February 28 (3rd)

I thought I would do one final post of the system that is coming through Wisconsin. Right now the low pressure system is still sitting over western Iowa, so all of the precipitation is swirling up into Eau Claire counterclockwise. There is a wind coming from the east so we may get more precipitation than expected. Eau Claire already got about 5 inches of snow. There is still a chance that we could get a wintry mix tonight. Eau Claire is right along the border of the snow/rain change over so tonight could end up being all snow or it could become very icy. It is really up in the air depending on if there is any slight changes in the wind. Here is what the front looks like right now:
