April 8th

Today's high only got into the 60's and the low for tonight will get all the way down to around the freezing point. There is a freeze warning out for the Eau Claire area tonight. The winds were also very strong today, at around 14 mph from the west. There was some cloud cover earlier in the day but tonight it is extremely clear out. There is no chance for precipitation tonight as well. Looking at the Doppler radar you can see the ecluded front that gave us precipitation has moved through into Canada. There is a developing front in Minnesota but more than likely will move through before it is fully formed. There really isn't a whole lot of activity for Wisconsin right now. There will be a high pressure system moving to Wisconsin the next few days so expect fairly good weather for the next few days. Here is a map of the freeze warning areas in WI.
